Well I'm using this. At first I tried Adguard dns(downtime issues), then moved on to nextdns(ping/latency high) & now this. Nextdns is better imo unless there were ping issues. Since, it is battery efficient, data efficient (you don't have to download the hosts files).

Now, I'm using PDnsFilter with cloudflare (doh/dot) , so ping has reduced but it's consuming battery on the other hand. But, I prefer Pdnsfilter over blokada, dns66. Since, it's lite weight (in kbs), and the granular control over everything. So, choose according to your needs.
