Xcode.app/Contents/Developer/Platforms/MacOSX.platform/Developer/SDKs に置けば認識されるよ
ただし Xcode.app/Contents/Developer/Platforms/MacOSX.platform/Info.plist 内のMinimumSDKVersion未満は弾かれるので編集の必要あり
