前スレでバッテリー送るわってサポートから連絡きたって書いたけど
いつまで経っても来ないから再度サポートに連絡したらこう返ってきたわ

I'm sorry to tell you that we just learned from the logistics that the batteries we sent were checked and returned.
Now the customs is very strict, we have tried to send it through different channels but all have been returned.
So we suggest you send the machine back for repair after July.
