I saw this restaurant: 食べ処 ひろせ, Googled it, and I found him. His building is between Osaki, Shinagawa and Meguro Stations on the Yamanote Line.

His apartment building is: The Premium Cube Shinagawa-Osaki. Thanks again キャット G! I would have never thought about doing that until you mentioned it. Appreciate it!
