今試しにyt-dlp.exeをクリックしたら窓消えずに白色文字で以下のメッセージ表示したから何らかのエラーだろう
Usage: yt-dlp.exe [OPTIONS] URL [URL...]

yt-dlp.exe: error: Do not double-click the executable, instead call it from a command line.

どういうエラーか確かめるなら、先ずコマンドプロンプトを起動してそこにyt-dlpのコマンドライン貼り付け実行するのが簡単じゃないのかなあと思う
