沿岸都市は1つの陸上タイルを海軍ユニットで航行可能にし
運河区域は沿岸都市と接続する事で3タイルを航行可能にし
遺産・パナマ運河と運河区域と沿岸都市を接続すれば7タイルを航行可能にする事が出来る
と、いった事が書かれているように私のたどたどしい英語読解力では見えるので
遺産として4タイルを航行可能にできるパナマ運河が登場するのではないかと思う
