【アメリカ】米Amazon 社員が中国企業に内部情報を売り渡したと報道される [09/21]

・米Amazon.com、社員が中国企業に内部情報を売り渡しとの報道

米Amazon.com社員が、同サイトのマーケットプレイスに出品している業者から金銭を受け取って内部情報を提供していたと報じられている（ロイター、ウォール・ストリート・ジャーナル、CNET Japan）。

　こうした不正行為は中国の業者に対して行われており、また提供されていたのは販売や検索に関する情報とのこと。提供された業者はこれらを使って競合に対して有利になっていたという。さらに、Amazon社員とつながりのあるブローカーが否定的なレビューの削除や停止されたアカウントの復活などを手配していたという話もある。ブローカーはメッセージサービスWeChatを使ってAmazon従業員と連絡を取り作業を依頼していたそうだ。

amazon.co.jpによる税回避対策として、総務省に「.co.jp」「.jp」ドメイン等（もしくは専ら日本国内で営業するページ）
は全て国内の通信設備でホストするように規制する方式がある

同時に「.com」ドメインからの購入には全て税関当局による審査をするように運用すれば良い（税関審査手数料は負担してもらう）
それでも売れるならアメリカからの輸入額も激増するので良いことだ

もしくは「.co.jp」「.jp」ドメインについては、海外からのトラフィックは
電気通信事業者がブロックするように規制するかだ

これだけで海外でホストしているとの言い訳、言い逃れはできなくなるし法人税課税も部分的に有効になる
なぜなら国内で通信設備をもったものについては応分の課税対象としないと税法上不平等だからだ

そもそも通信関連法がテレビ・インターネットで統一という時代なのであれば、海外からのトラフィックも
通信法の規制範囲となり、トラフィックの国内ホスト制限を定めるのが筋だ

アマゾンの自称R＆DはSECから問題視された会計報告偽装のR&Dに過ぎず会社の成長率とは無関係だ
さらに言えば会社の税務上のR&Dは会社の盤石さとは無関係だ
ITは一歩間違えば短期間で転落することもありえるし、TeslaのようにR&Dに前のめるのは健全ではない

while ASC 730-10-55-2 lists those that typically wouldn't be. Amazon's argument was that its people tend
