うちのふだんの設定は %file_created% [%album%] %list_index% だけど
この設定でも>>588でも正常にソートされるよ

ファイルの作成日時がそういう順番だったとか？
なにか別のコンポーネントが割り込んでないかな？
Sort script の %file_created% を $date(%file_created%) や $left(%file_created%,10) にしてみるか
設定で Ascending／Discending の単語を含む項目がないか確認しろとしかアドバイスできない
