RCA(reduce compression artifacts )のところに
　　「activate only if it comes for free (as part of NGU)」
というオプションが追加された。

RCAはNGU Sharpと一緒に動かす時だけ、NGUの一部として同時処理されるので、
負荷を増すことなく処理を行うことができてお得になる。
（逆に言えば、NGU Sharp以外でRCAを動かすとRCAの分の負荷が別途かかることになる）

つまり上のオプションにチェックを入れた場合、RCAはNGU Sharpが働いてる時だけONになる。
「お得になるときだけRCAを使うよー」というオプションってことかな。
