MP3より高圧縮で高音質の規格がいくつもでているのに、
MP3のプレイヤー未だに主要なプレイヤーの規格で、新しい規格がメジャーにならないのはなぜ？

Adds downmixed playback, multi-channel DX8 effect support, DSP/FX on individual mono/stereo channels within multi-channel streams, DSP/FX processing granularity support on decoding channels, DSP/FX bypassing, raw byte position retrieval/syncing unaffected by seeking, improved MP3 seeking accuracy without prescanning, MP4 cover art retrieval, internet stream creation cancelling, streaming from file handles/descriptors, delayed/asynchronous channel freeing including within callback functions, device list notifications, Apple voice processing for echo cancellation on macOS/iOS, AAudio recording on Android, 16KB page support on Android, and a bunch more!

BASS add-on updates
All affected add-ons have had their headers and documentation updated for the new stream file type options introduced by BASS 2.4.18.
