Emacsの素の状態の日本語入力にはデッドロックする問題があったと思うよ
モジュールをダウンロードする日本語入力のpackageが有るからそれを使えば良いと思う

Windows用のバイナリ(emacs-31.1.zip)ダウンロードしようとしたら、ウイルスが検出された。
誤検出なんだろうけど。

がトロイの木馬として警告された(?はランダムな英数字)

Trojan:Win32/Ravartar!rfn らしいが一体…
