Windows用のバイナリ(emacs-31.1.zip)ダウンロードしようとしたら、ウイルスが検出された。
誤検出なんだろうけど。

気になったので C:\Program Files\Emacs\emacs-31.1 ディレクトリをカスタムスキャンしたら

がトロイの木馬として警告された(?はランダムな英数字)

Trojan:Win32/Ravartar!rfn らしいが一体…
