25.001.21208 Planned update, Feb 12, 2026
https://www.adobe.com/devnet-docs/acrobatetk/tools/ReleaseNotesDC/continuous/dccontinuousfeb2026.html

https://helpx.adobe.com/jp/acrobat/kb/cq05201026.html

https://get.adobe.com/jp/reader/otherversions/

AdobeCollabSync.exeがWin8以降のAPI
(WinHttpWebSocketCompleteUpgrade)

https://community.adobe.com/questions-12/reader-win7-21208-update-breaks-acrobat-reader-won-t-start-missing-dll-1550183

The error you're seeing (api-ms-win-core-winrt-l1-1-0.dll is missing)
typically indicates the latest Reader update has picked up a dependency on
newer Windows runtime components (WinRT API set) that aren't present
on Windows 7, so the app fails to launch.

Suggestion/Workaround: uninstall Reader, run the Acrobat Cleaner tool
to remove any leftover components, then reinstall the Reader build that
worked on your Windows 7 SP1 machine, and set updates to manual to prevent
the same build from reinstalling.

・Acrobat Cleaner Tool

25.001.21223 Planned update, Feb 17, 2026
https://www.adobe.com/devnet-docs/acrobatetk/tools/ReleaseNotesDC/continuous/dccontinuousfeb2026qfe.html

・AcroRdrDC2500121111_ja_JP.exe /sAll /rs /rps /no_checksum
