選んだ瞬間に落ちるのはロムがないとか記述ミスとか
うちの環境では860で落ちなかった

直りました！
えーっとZIP圧縮にポカミスしてました。
したつもりがなかったのですが、「tceptor」フォルダ→ROMファイルでtceptor.zip圧縮してました。
