SBS HequirectからデュアルFisheyeへの変換はみんさんやっていたのですね。私は2種類の変換方法を1つのshellスクリプトに組み込んで動作モードやfov、エンコードなど指定するようにしていますが以下はパラメータは固定してあります。
まずは１つ目。

これでi7-14700K+5080でだいたい60fpsくらいの変換速度。
